Washington Association of Property Inspectors.
The Washington Association of Property Inspectors (WAPI) was organized in March of 2004 by a small group of home inspectors. At that time there was an election of officers and Larry Stamp of Cameo Home Inspection Services of Olympia, WA. was elected as president. Don Hartman of Hartman Home Inspection in Seattle, WA. was elected vice-president and Renee Stamp was voted in as Secretary /Treasurer. The group's primary objective was to promote and provide educational opportunities. There was also a desire to share resouces and expertise as well as enjoy the camaraderie of fellow inspectors. To this day WAPI remains a successful group offering Puget Sound inspectors the chance to hear local experts, learn from one another and enjoy a truly unique professional fellowship. |

We encourage any inspector, whether independent or from another assocation, to come share your time, knowledge, and experience with us. We make every effort to provide helpful presentations, camaraderie and the chance to share in a smaller and more personal venue. We believe there is much to gain for all of us when we work together in this manner.
