We are a group of greater Puget Sound Home Inspectors that meet to share ideas, technology and tips relating to our field.

- How often do we meet?
Meetings are held in Frederal Way every six weeks. Meetings usually last about two hours. Most meetings include a presentation by a guest speaker on various topics.

- Who can Join?
Anyone with an interest in the field of home Inspection can join. We have memebers from many of the national H.I. inspection organiztions, as well as independent inspectors.

- How big is your group?
We are small ( but growing) group of about 20 home inspectors. Unlike the big national organizations, our small group promotes a close-knit and caring environment.

- What are the fees and how do I join?
Annual fees are $50.00. Benefits come directly from the information provided by our scheduled speaker and also the exchange of experience and reources that each of the members contributes to the group.

- Would a beginning inspectors be able to join?
Yes, newer inspectors are weclome and will benefit from the non-competitive, open and friedly exchange of information and inspection techniques.

- How would a seasoned veteran inspectors benefit from membership?
Members often refer inspections to others when they cannot handle an out of area inspection.
Also because we represent a broad geographic area, members can freely exchange ideas in a non-competitve way withoput feeling like they are potentially hurting their own local market share.
