Hello and welcome to the WAPI web site. We are a growing group of home inspectors in the South Puget Sound area. We meet every other month with the goal of exchanging information.  Our meetings feature quest speakers on topics ranging from electrical and plumbing to roofing, siding and HVAC. These small-group presentations provide great information and knowledgeable local contacts for future questions.

Meetings are presented in an open forum with opportunities for input and dialogue from all members. Information is shared freely with the group without concern for competition. Indeed, I have often called on members for input and advice and have referred work to them when inspections out of my home area have come my way.
